Security Camera Video Severe Weather
This is a short movie clip of what seemed like a small tornado swirling through the front parking of a metal recycling facility in Tarpon Springs, FL. On 09-19-06 around 5:00pm, we were watching a line of showers approaching from the west when suddenly a group of trees across the street began to sway violently. Leaves swirled into the air like a rotating swarm of locusts. In seconds, the violent winds were on us, and this video shows what happened. Interestingly, we saw no funnel cloud or any evidence of the impending violent winds other than the trees. Thankfully, nobody was injured in the event. It could have easily been otherwise. MM

The best way to tell is the circulation in the clouds, but it looks like a small F0 tornado.
It’s probably just a micro burst. An F0 tornado will be a little more defined than that.

I think that’s some kind of dust devil.
I bet it’s a tornado, landspout or a gustnado because it occurred under a squall line, as the info says, and it’s clearly rotating.
And that kid who just happens to be biking right in front of it – lol.
