wow creepy, hey scientology! fair game works both ways lmfao! we will end you
For some reason, “WHOA. Scientology believes in security?!” came to mind while watching.
Must be because of Tom Cruise, killing random pedestrians.
@Shonbi lol yep
Why not just, when he walk over to you, punch him in the neck? Why not?
@fizikal2008
I believe that’s defined as “assault”. We have laws for a reason – we can’t have people running around punching other people in the neck.
Not only that, but due to Scientology’s fair game policy, a protester punching them is exactly what they want. That way, they can call the police, sue the person, and then cry “religious bigotry” to the rest of the world.
@OpenComments I love how you just repeat what i say “I believe thats called assault”…well…yes it is, and guess what retard, i would make him bleed so much that he’d be lying in his own blood if he took one picture of my body or face.
@fizikal2008
Hey, it’s your choice.
Just know that it is not legal to assault, yet it is legal to take pictures on a public street. It’s your choice whether or not you wish to follow the law – I’m just letting you know so you don’t feign ‘ignorance’ if you get in trouble.
@fizikal2008
Why not? Listen to OpenComments.
I’ll give you another reason. Scientology would pretty much end you if you did that. They’d harass, and prosecute you to the furthest extent of the law. They’d tie up the next fews decades of your life with prison sentiences, expensive litigation, fines, and harassment. You’d probably commit suicide from being put under so much pressure. It’s happened to people before. Scientology specializes in this sort of thing.
@sk8mike Haha nope. I’d shoot the bitch and run. Can they physically catch me? No i am fast, i am very fast. You absoloute motherfucker, all of you, and your shitty little cult.
@fizikal2008
Whatever man, I didn’t want to fight with you. Also I’m not a $cientologist.
@sk8mike thats the most retarded thing i have ever heard. get out of your basement.
@stockedmuscle
Shut-up, you little ankle biter. Go play with your video games.
@manic221 I’m no fan of Scientology but shouldn’t the guy with the camera be doing the same thing you suggested for the guy filming?
They are both taking pictures of each other…. and it just so happens that the scientology goon is being filmed on private property whilst taking pictures of someone on a public byway. He is creepy but within his rights. And did he sign a FOI sheet for his image to be published on Youtube? Probably not. He is on private land and his privacy is being invaded.
lol this is the extension of america’s “freedom”…
It’s too bad
, the thing is, america is the nest of freemasonic and satanic illuminati and it’s too bad for the people… when I was an exchange student in america I couldn’t believe the mentality of most people :/ :/ it was just absurd how NAIVE americans were :O, some not, some felt disgust of their whole national sittuation but in general :/. They couldn’t even phantom when I said that u.s soldiers in iraq aren’t fighting for freedom
jeez how many pictured did he take lmao
@roopinder
The guy filming is a private citizen on a public street, Scientology is a multi-national corporation. They’re not on a level playing field. What does Scientology do with that information?
It’s not a coincidence that the security guard also had a camera. Taking photos of critics is an intimidation tactic that’s been used by the cult for decades. The guards privacy right aren’t being invaded either, that argument won’t hold water.
why does he keep 30feet distance?let this guy try something,there you have your prove of aggresive behaviour.
and then SUI
“The evil alien ruler Xenu killed trillions of aliens (Thetans) from around the universe by kidnapping them, bringing them to earth in golden DC-8s, stacking them around volcanoes & blowing them up by dropping h-bombs into the volcanoes. Souls of these aliens were captured, they then attached themselves to our ancestors & cause many of our mental problems even now”
That is the basis of the cult of $cientology. An insane cult filled with insane people.
@sk8mike What do they do with the information? How could i possibly have an answer to that question? If you film him, why can’t he film you? It is a level playing field, this guy who works for the Scientologists is not Scientology. He is an individual. if he has been told to take photos, or has decided by himself to take photos of the guy filming him, he is well within his rights.
Its not a coincidence he has a camera, but this guy with the Vid Cam has made a conscious decision to go to this ..
@sk8mike .. particular place and film these people. So why would he expect anything different? We know that these people are completely nuts, but what makes you think you are better than them if you try and cherry pick laws and behaviors to suit you?
You film me, I film you. Who is breaking the law?
What they do with these pictures is another debate, one that is of no interest to me.
They are dangerous and should be shut down, but they have the same rights as you and I.
you see, no leaks.
@roopinder
The question was hypothetical I didn’t expect you to answer it. I never said it was illegal for Scientology to film critics. I just think it’s creepy, passive aggressive, and paranoid of them to do so. The guard is not an individual, he’s a Scientologist, and as such he’s protected by the groups money and power. Scientology has the right to film critics I never argued against that. But having the rights to do something doesn’t always mean it’s the proper thing to do.
@roopinder
Why would he expect anything different, you ask?
Honestly I’d expect a normal organization not to give a shit, that’d be the mature way to act. Keep in mind they’re in Hollywood, there are cameras, and tourists with cameras everywhere, and it only took them 12 seconds to start harassing him for filming a building. Give me a break.
I’m not cherry picking, Scientology is an extremely litigious group, they abuse the law, and setup their critics. When protesting Scientology…
@sk8mike
it’s always a good idea to have cameras around so you have an alibi.
Last thing Scientology does have special rights. They’re protected by a corporate veil, and their religious status in the United States, and other countries. The legal system is very expensive, and it favors the rich and famous. Scientology abuses the legal system to bankrupt their opponents. They’re not on a level playing field. They harassing critics with cameras to scare them off, and suppress criticism.
Shortly after the filmer had his picture taken, he was found in a ditch on the outskirts of town…
@sk8mike what they are doing is getting half a million views on this video alone… which because of this guy going there and fliming it in the first place, gives them even more publicity, good or bad, we are talking about them.
We are the ones fueling interest in them. without our fears and without the interest, they would eventually wither away like most sects often do.
We give them a platform, and the more people that show any kind of interest the more powerfull they become.
