San Francisco Muni Lightrail Crash Security Camera Angle 2
San Francisco Muni Lightrail Crash Security Camera. Occurred on June 14th, 2008. The crash occurred at about 2 pm Saturday at Fourth and King streets, one block south of AT&T Park. According to Muni officials, a one-car, T-Third train going west on King Street between Third and Fourth streets rear-ended a two-car N-Judah train that was stopped at the Fourth Street traffic signal. The back of the N-Judah train was heavily damaged in the crash. “Based on the investigation so far, it appears as though the T-Third train was traveling at 17 mph,” Muni spokesman Judson True said Tuesday. He said that section of roadway is a 3-mph zone for Muni trains. Muni is also investigating whether the T-Third operator may have been on a cell phone at the time of the crash.

Ughhhh bus drivers are the worst out there! They drive way too fast, faster then they can drive it, just like my bus driver! Bet this guy was doing like 50 around a corner. xD
@masterwolf1212 HAH, but this isnt a bus. Wow, lol.
This is why I always face backwards on the train. If it crashes, instead of being thrown forward and injured, you’re just pinned to the back of your seat.
What happens is, the train stops moving, but you don’t. So you maintian the speed inside a stationary train, meaning you’re suddenly sliding along your seat at 30 mph.
If you face backwards though, all that momentum simply pushes you into the back of you seat- where you already are, so you don’t move and as a result, don’t get hurt.
Don’t hurt you’re back or nothing huh ? Okay ?
ahahahahahahahjahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahhaA DAM DAT SHIT IS FUNNY
