Minecraft Infdev Alarm system

I’ve seen plenty of videos of people making alarm systems that look ugly, so I decided I wanted to actually incorporate one into my build. It took a bit of finaggling to make it fit, and a bit of thinking, but it turned out very nice I think. Once you get a good base, you could extend the lighting system or trigger system to pretty much anywhere, all you have to do is use a power booster and invert the signal. You see that in the video when I go up into the lighting area. There’s a dirt block with a red torch on one side and a wire going into the other. This increases the power, but swaps the signal from on to off, or off to on. All you gotta do is place a piece of wire, go into another block with a red torch on the other side again, and this inverts it back to whatever it should have been. Gives you another 15 block boost and keeps it the same polarity. With a boost like this, you should be able to extend the wiring indefinitely, to fill an entire cave with alarm lighting. This could also be adapted, taking away the 5-clock, to be a lights on/off for a cave or so. Fill it with lights, when you leave, flip a lever to turn them off and let the cave fill back up with monsters. Come back later, flip lever to see again, sweep and clear the cave. Also, my apologies for not being able to provide voice-over explanations of everything, my headset with my microphone was stepped on. I hope the annotations turn out legible
