i’m thinking about getting one. my neighbor installed this lock a couple weeks ago. it is definitely bump resistant because he’s a locksmith and he tested it. we also did everything we could to kick it in without actually damaging his door, and its solid.

I’ve had a question for many years:
Why don’t front doors open out so they cant be kicked in with out having to knock down the whole wall?
If the door opened outward, then the hinges would be on the outside and thus vulnerable to attack. It takes about 10 seconds to remove the hinge pins and pull the door out.
